Our monumental buildings in the bustling heart of Pietermaai are currently being completely renovated into a Boutique hotel with 12 luxury suites, a bistro, botanical garden with swimmingpool and lounge roof terrace.

At our location in Pietermaai you can enjoy a tastefully renovated hotel with various facilities. For example, we have a cozy bistro voor breakfast, lunch or a good cup of coffee, a botanical garden where you can relax with a beautiful swimming pool for a refreshing dip. Our luxurious lounge roof terrace also offers a wonderful place to relax and dream away under the Caribbean sun.

Our boutique hotel offers five distinctive suite categories: Family Suites, Royal Suites, Balcony Suites, Garden Suites, and City Suites – each thoughtfully designed to reflect the charm and elegance of historic Pietermaai.
All suites feature a luxurious and inviting interior and are equipped with a private kitchen or kitchenette, refrigerator, and coffee and tea-making facilities. 7 suites offer a separate living area and bedroom, while the Family Suites provide the added comfort of two bedrooms, making them ideal for families or longer stays.
The suites are located on the ground floor or first floor. Please note that the first-floor suites are accessible by stairs only.
A luxurious spacious suite that can accommodate a family. The suite offers a double bed and a bunkbed. The suite has a kitchen, living/sitting area and 2 bedrooms. It also has a private terrace in our botanical garden and is located on the ground floor where you can also enjoy our swimmingpool.
These royal suites are all very spacious and have a bedroom, bathroom and a separate living room with kitchen. In addition to a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, in the living room, these spacious suites also have a luxurious double sofa bed. It is therefore possible to stay in these suites with 2 adults and 2 children.
Our Balcony Suites feature a private balcony or terrace with comfortable seating, offering the perfect setting to start your morning at a relaxed pace or unwind in the evening after a lovely day exploring Curaçao.
Each suite also includes a separate bedroom and a stylish living area/kitchen. The suites are furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and feature a private bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
The garden suites are located on the ground floor and they have direct access from the suite to the botanical garden with swimming pool. The garden suites have their own seating area where you can enjoy the sun and the botanical garden.
The garden suites offer a kitchenette with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. They do not have cooking facilities.
The suites are furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and feature a private bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
The City Suites are our most compact suites and are all located on the ground floor. Thoughtfully designed, they offer a comfortable and efficient layout while providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
Each City Suite features a generous double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. A cozy seating area is also included, making the suite ideal for guests who value comfort, style, and a central location in the heart of vibrant Pietermaai.
